We are proud to operate as a NABL-accredited laboratory under ISO 15189:2022, the international benchmark for medical laboratory quality and competence. This is not a formality for us — it shapes how every sample is collected, tested, validated, and reported, from our LIMS-enabled digital workflows to the calibration of every analyser on our floor. Quality control is not a department here; it is the standard the entire laboratory is held to, every single day, across a wide range of tests spanning every major diagnostic specialty.
All About Lab is part of a group with a legacy spanning more than three decades in analytical testing and scientific research — from ITC Labs’ early work in analytical testing, through Qualitek Labs’ NABL and international-standards testing expertise, to our own diagnostic operations here in Panchkula since 2020. That inherited culture of precision, compliance, and scientific rigour is the foundation this laboratory is built on.
We are now working toward the next chapter of that journey: a state-of-the-art clinical reference laboratory, expanding into Molecular Diagnostics, Genetics, Flow Cytometry, and Histopathology, designed to become the biggest diagnostics laboratory vertical in North India. The goal is simple — the lowest turnaround times, the best quality of service, and the highest standards the industry has to offer, delivered to patients and healthcare providers across Chandigarh, Mohali, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Uttarakhand.
We believe access to accurate, fast diagnostics should not depend on how close you live to a metro city, and we are investing accordingly — in infrastructure, technology, and people — to make that a reality across this entire region.
